How do I tell my high school football coach that I'm going o

I'm going to the beach for a week (all the other weeks were taken) starting August 13th. I won't miss any games but we practice six times a week and I'll miss all that. I'm on the freshman team and I was wondering how can I tell my coach about this? Will he mad and bench me? Thanks.
