when I was 2 days post op i think I moved my implant...help

As a matter of fact it is sitting different now. I really think I moved it when I used my muscles to close the door. My doctor has been useless. When I went to my one week post op appointment I told him and he didn't address it at all. I am now 11 days post op...is there a way I could massage it back into place? I had a saline implant placed under the muscle. My husband agrees that is sitting different than before...im just so mad at myself I should have asked someone to shut my car door! I was in and out of the car all day that day! So its not like it was just one time...I probably opened it and closed it at least 4 or 5 times.
