Holidays for 16/17 year olds?

Holidays for 16/17 year olds?
me and my friends all aged 16 and 17 want to go on holiday somewhere other than cornwall and not in england but are having trouble finding a place that will book us unaccompanied and that doesn't cost the earth, we were thinking spain or france and don't want to camp...any ideas would be great
