Why does it work only on some pages?

Why does it work only on some pages?
Well, this is a site a lady asked me to look at. Her Flash Banner works on some pages, but not others. Flash REALLY isn't my thing.
Does anyone have a clue why this might be happening? Pretty sure its a pathing issue, but from where?
